1) Greeting Table
Submit up to 600 of any
one
type, to be displayed on the greeting table for distribution to attendees.
You may submit more than one item; simply add the appropriate cost. Consider offering discounts
on your services or products. Materials and payment are due by
March 20th
. If you wish to offer
small samples or gifts, please include container. Cost for that is same as 8.5"x11" flyers.

2) Event Programs
Submit camera ready ad to be included in 1200 programs to be given out at the entrance,
consisting of 11"x17" ivory papers folded in half and stapled in the center. Ads and payment must
be received by
February
22nd, 2008,
to be included in the programs.

3) Speakers
A limited number of 30 minute speaker slots are available, on a first come first served basis, in
two areas set aside inside the building. Click on Speakers Schedule for days and times.
